Returns and Refund Policy

We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged, the refund or replacement request must be made within 5 days of receiving your purchase. AC Frost reserve the right to decline your refund or replacement request if these conditions are not met.

If you require a refund or exchange, please send us an email at ac-frost@outlook.com.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
